Heads to Beds turns past guests, property photos, and one good reason to return into direct-booking marketing you can actually keep up with.

The real problem
Heads to Beds gives those loose pieces one small, repeatable loop.
One return-guest loop
Plain enough for the owner to run. Polished enough for the guest to trust.

Straight answers
No. Keep the booking system you already use. Heads to Beds sits beside it to help you reconnect with past guests, create the marketing, and send people back to your direct-booking page.
Not during the pilot. Airbnb and Vrbo calendar links can keep unavailable dates out of an offer, but they do not provide guest identities. Social drafts stay in an approval queue for you to copy, post, and mark complete.
No. Heads to Beds is consent-first. Guests can join through a useful return-guest offer, a welcome-book QR code, or a front-desk sign. You can also import guests who already gave you permission to contact them.
Your property name, direct-booking link or phone number, a return-guest perk, a few photos, and a guest spreadsheet if you have one. We help with the first setup during the founding pilot.
Your guests already know the way.
