Heads to Beds (operated by Elevenx2 LLC) is a software tool that helps lodging properties draft marketing content, manage their own guest lists, and send email their guests agreed to receive. By using Heads to Beds you agree to these terms.
The tool, not the marketer
Heads to Beds drafts content; you approve it and you are responsible for what you publish and send. Your social accounts, your guest relationships, and your customer data remain yours.
Play fair
Only add guests to your list who actually agreed to hear from you. Don't use Heads to Beds to send spam, anything unlawful, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Pilot service
Heads to Beds is currently an invite-only pilot, provided “as is” without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Leaving
You can stop using Heads to Beds any time and take your guest list with you — email stay@mail.headstobeds.comand we'll export it and delete your data on request.
