Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages sent to guests by a lodging property (a hotel, motel, B&B or vacation rental) that uses Heads to Beds, operated by Elevenx2 LLC. The property named in each message is the sender.
What you will get
Stay information during your stay (check-in help, checkout time, local picks) and member offers for your next stay. Message frequency varies: stay-info texts during a stay, and no more than 2 offer texts a month.
How you agree
You get texts only if you text JOIN to the property's number or tick the unticked text-messages box on the property's guest join form. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything. See how guests opt in.
Stop and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; you will get one confirmation. Reply HELP for help or email support@headstobeds.com. To start again, text JOIN.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. The property and Heads to Beds do not charge you to receive texts.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in records with third parties for their marketing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
